Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention for Addictive Behaviors

This introductory workshop provides didactic and experiential instruction in the foundations, mechanisms, and culturally responsible practice of Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP).
MBRP is an evidence-based approach to recovery for individuals with problematic substance use and addictive behaviors.
Participants will learn how to integrate gold standard cognitive behavioral techniques for substance use issues with mindfulness to manage cravings, triggers, and emotional challenges, promoting recovery and overall well-being.
